 Living Well Therapy has licensed staff with experience, tools and techniques to offer effective ways to help you reduce or eliminate your pain.  We know that each person is different and has a unique set of needs and circumstances.  Through an evaluation process we will sit down and talk with you, we will get to know you and what your needs are.  We will then work with you to create an individual plan to assist you in meeting your pain management goals.

Some of the techniques we offer to help you with your pain are:
  • Exercise – frequently exercise and activity are the very things that people having pain are looking to avoid because activity typically makes peoples’ pain worse.  Our therapists will work with you to develop and individual exercise plan designed to comfortable allow you to get back to the things you enjoy doing.  Your exercise may include a combination of stretching, strengthening, aerobic activities or pain relief exercise.
  • Manual Therapy – manual therapy includes hands on techniques where the therapist is providing soft tissue techniques, joint mobilization or stretching.
  • Modalities – our therapists are licensed to provide various forms of electrical stimulation and ultrasound.  We can also offer heating and icing techniques to assist in pain management.
  • Education – education is a part of every program we develop, our focus is to work with you in reducing or eliminating you pain, and then teaching you exercises and techniques allowing you to independently stay active, healthy and pain free.
